• 2 to 4 years of experience in business planning, strategic planning, operations, consulting, or business finance.
• Strong experience in building business plans, forecasts, and performance management frameworks.
• Experience working in high-growth, complex, or operationally intensive businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, or analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
