Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of strong experience in application development.
• Proven leadership experience within software engineering with a track record of managing teams and projects.
• Hands-on fullstack development with React, Core Java and Python.
• Strong experience on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure or GCP).
• Exposure to Gen AI tools (AI-assisted test generation, code assistants).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for the new web platform with input from tech leads and product managers.
• Hands-on senior developer across frontend and backend; own technical delivery and architecture decisions.
• Mentor, recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to ensure aligned goals and deliverables.

It is an exciting opportunity for the team to build a futuristic platform for our clients with Gen AI being a center piece of the capability. **What you will do:** **Responsibilities and Impact** : This role would lead the development effort for the new web platform working with multiple stakeholders like tech leads and product managers over the next few years to incorporate various datasets into it.
