Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services including SOC operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Manage Managed Security Services (MSS) engagements ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and operational excellence.
• Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives across client engagements.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response coordination.
• Provide direction for security architecture, platforms, and technology implementations.
• Ensure alignment with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS controls.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP responses, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate with client CISOs and enterprise stakeholders on security posture improvements.
• Lead cybersecurity delivery teams including analysts, engineers, and consultants.
• Track and report service delivery metrics, security risks, and improvement initiatives.

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in SOC operations, incident response, and threat detection
• Experience in IAM, cloud security, endpoint security, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on exposure to SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel
• Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks
• Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support security solution design and pre-sales engagements
