Job summary

BDx Data Centers in Navi Mumbai seeks an Associate Director Data Center Controls (BMS) to lead design, configuration, programming, installation and troubleshooting of HVAC controls and Electrical SCADA systems across BDx facilities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across BDx data centers, rigorous delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, and hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience designing, configuring, programming, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC controls and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop BMS and power management project scopes, schedules, budgets, and LOEs.
• Manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS improvement projects.
• Assist procurement: RFQs, vendor responses, PO issuance.
• Support commissioning activities for controls projects in the data centers.
• Conduct engineering analyses and design research for data center equipment and facilities.
• Ensure designs meet cooling, structural, and operational requirements.
• Develop vulnerability remediation playbooks for control systems with IT.

Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, programming, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BMS and power management projects scope of work, schedule, budget, and level of efforts (LOE) to projects requested by customers and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, finance and execution of BMS improvement projects in BDx data centers.
• Assist in procurement related activities including request for quotation/proposals, responding to request for information, review of vendors proposal and issuance of purchase orders.
• Support Controls projects related commissioning activities in the data centers.
• Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
• Ensure designs and installations meet requirements (e.g., predicted cooling, structural, operational concerns, etc.
• Develop data center vulnerability remediation playbooks for control system designs in conjunction with IT teams.
