Job summary

Plasma is seeking an Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Insights to unite competitive intelligence, analytics, and strategic perspectives for senior leadership. You will identify risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs by synthesizing competitor activity, industry trends, and internal performance data.

In this role you will lead development and execution of strategic insights, embedding them into planning and investment decisions across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Business Management or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Management or related field preferred; or equivalent training and experience
• 8–10 years of experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or pricing in pharma/biotech
• Experience with plasma operations management preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive intelligence efforts by monitoring competitor actions, market dynamics, and industry trends to deliver actionable insights.
• Own evaluation of business performance through scenario analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and scenario models to anticipate market trends and competitive shifts.
• Translate data into executive-level insights informing strategy and investment decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics.
