Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• Experience in Fraud Investigation, Customer Service, Call Center, or Collections.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Listen to customers, concerns and questions; resolve them to best ability.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information.
• Identify false declines and take action accordingly.
• Identify anomalies and fraud trends; escalate as needed (Slack, etc).
• Observe transactions to identify fraudulent activity and cancel them from processing.
• Ensure confidentiality of information collected during investigations.
• Suggest business strategies and process improvements.
