Job summary

Altera Digital Health, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, seeks an Associate DevOps Engineer to support internal development processes, tooling, environments, and AI use.

You will help maintain CI/CD pipelines, provision environments, automate tasks with PowerShell, and assist in deploying containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in Azure.

This is an early-career role designed to grow into broader DevOps, systems, and AI tech across our Azure-based stack.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with version control (Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Basic understanding of build systems (TFS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Basic understanding of deployment tooling (TFS, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy).
• Programming or scripting experience, e.g., PowerShell.
• Container experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic domain administration skills (Windows Server, patching, Active Directory).
• Experience working with AI CLIs (Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex).
• Strong logical aptitude and excellent communication skills.

About The Role

Altera Digital Health - Paragon R&D is seeking a motivated Associate DevOps Engineer to support our internal development processes, tooling, environments, and AI use.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career engineer who wants to grow into the full and wide-ranging DevOps, Systems, and AI tech stack in Azure. You will work alongside a team of engineers to keep our pipelines healthy, maintain the environments our development teams depend on, and help the organization adopt AI tooling.
