Job summary

Dezy Dental Care is seeking a Consultant Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. You will deliver comprehensive dental services and work with a skilled clinical team to ensure top-quality patient experiences.

You will also travel to patients' homes for home consultations, providing convenient, personalized care and contributing to the growth of our dental care network.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: perform dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans with the dental team.
• Treatment procedures: carry out dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings.
• Patient education: educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Record keeping: maintain patient records, including treatment plans and histories.
• Collaboration: work with the Chief General Dentist and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing education: stay updated with latest dentistry developments and training opportunities.
• Assistance in surgeries: assist senior doctors during procedures and surgeries.
• Manage relationships with clinics and senior dentists in the region through outbound reach.
• Coordinate with patients for home visits to reach locations on time.

As a Consultant Associate Dentist at Dezy Dental Care, you will provide comprehensive dental services to our patients, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our experienced dental team to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to a positive patient experience. Additionally, you will be required to travel to patients' homes for home consultations, offering a convenient and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with
• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal dental health.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.
