Job summary

  • Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Python for automation is highly desirable.

  • Leverage advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.

  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage review projects, oversee quality standards, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Education and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber incident review, cyber investigations or eDiscovery field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a people leadership role such as Assistant Manager or Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Relativity and Canopy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Python for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
