Job summary

UnitedLex is seeking an experienced ESI/ediscovery professional to lead data review workflows in Gurugram. You will interact with consultant teams, PMs, and clients to align objectives, timelines and deliverables.

The role emphasizes expertise in TAR/CAL, analytics, and platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Law Graduate with experience in handling document review projects.
• Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant industry platforms and tools.
• Strong communication, decision-making, analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and proactively communicate potential roadblocks.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Team player with proven ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
• 5–7 years of ediscovery/litigation support experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Relativity experience is required.
• ECA, culling of data and database setup as per client protocol.
• Able to create Search Term Reports, dtSearches, field, choices, layout.
• Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw experience preferred.
• Analytics and TAR/CAL experience required.
• Relativity Certified Administrator, or ability to earn RCA within 2 years.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, test, and refine complex search term requests, focusing on correct syntax and identifying poorly performing terms that drive false positives.
• Assist and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on delivering defensible data reduction, cost effective review strategies, and rapid identification of key communications.
• Collaborate with Analytics Consultants on Best Practices and Process Improvement.
• Foster and Promote Technology Improvements to increase efficiencies and client satisfaction.

• Implement workflows utilizing analytics for outside counsel and corporate clients, including TAR/CAL/AI Models, email threading, near deduplication, concept searching, clustering, and other analytic tools and methods.


• Perform ECA analysis in proprietary UnitedLex ECA platform and other hosted environments, including, but not limited to, Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw.


• Review, test, and refine complex search term requests, with important focus on correct syntax and identification of poorly performing terms that drive false positive hit counts.


• Assist and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on delivering defensible data reduction, cost effective review strategies, and the rapid identification of key communications (‘Hot Docs’) which are crucial to matter understanding and resolution.


• Collaborate with Analytics Consultants on Best Practices and Process Improvement.


• Foster and Promote Technology Improvements to increase efficiencies and client satisfaction.

• Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of ediscovery/litigation support experience.


• Project management experience preferred.


• Relativity experience is required.


• ECA, Culling of data and Database Setup as per client proctocol.


• Able to create Search Term Report, dtsearches, field, choices, layout etc.


• Reveal, Brainspace and Everlaw experience preferred.


• Analytics and TAR/CAL experience required.


• Relativity Certified Administrator, or ability to earn RCA within 2 years.

• Strong experience utilizing MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.


• Basic understanding of DTSearch, Elastic or other search engines.


• Prior experience providing analytics, ECA or TAR consulting is preferred, but not required.
