Associate Customer Project Specialist, Manufacturing – US Shift

Job Overview

Manage customer projects to ensure timely delivery of complex mechanical parts.

Location: Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with US-based customers to manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing operations, engineering, design, logistics, and other internal teams.
• Prioritize and resolve multiple manufacturing orders, ensuring projects stay on scope, budget, and timeline.
• Advocate for customers through the project lifecycle, addressing post-delivery exceptions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.
• Report to the Team Lead of Customer Program Management and operate during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) and 3–6 years of experience in a fast‑paced operations environment with customer‑service focus.
• Experience working directly with US customers and holding customer interests first.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills, both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated accountability; follow-through on commitments.
• Experience in night‑shift operations aligned with US business hours.
• Basic project‑management knowledge – scope, timing, quality.
• Basic operations knowledge – logistics, RMAs, change requests, invoicing.
• Self‑starter who manages time efficiently and completes tasks on schedule.
• Willingness to learn about manufacturing ecosystem and new product development.
• Availability to work one of the overnight shifts: 9 AM–5 PM PT (Mon‑Fri) or 6 AM–2 PM PT (Mon‑Fri).
