Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, and licensing deals.
• Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A due diligence, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and related statutes.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance.
• Contribute to thought leadership, legal updates, and internal knowledge building.
