Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an Associate Content Analyst for the Device Indexing team in Noida to process Trademark data for CompuMark databases and generate high-quality trademark records. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

The team operates in a hybrid model, 3 days a week in Noida, with opportunities to liaise with internal teams. The ideal candidate may be a fresher or have up to two years of experience in content editing or customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer applications, Arts or similar domain.
• Fresher or 6 months to 2 years’ experience in customer focused or content editing environment.
• If experienced, must have 6 months experience on content operations like indexing, curating, ingesting, updating, editing and enriching datasets.
• Must have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).
• Knowledge of the IP industry, products and services is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, results oriented, enthusiastic and committed.

Responsibilities

• Process Trademark data information to prepare for input into CompuMark’s Trademark databases.
• Validate and enrich Trademark records by indexing the Trademark images.
• Deliver high quality Trademark records ensuring completeness and proper data structure.

Job description

We are looking for an Associate Content Analyst to join our highly regarded Device Indexing team at Clarivate, Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a global team which are required for Content Curation for Trademarks and CompuMark Databases. The team consists of 9 colleagues and is reporting to the Team Manager. We have a great skill set in team and we would love to speak with you if you have a very strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with internal teams and Microsoft Office products.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• A bachelor’s degree graduate in Commerce, Computer applications, Arts or similar domain.
• Can be a fresher or a talent with 6 months to two years’ experience in customer focused or content editing environment.
• If experienced, must possess 6 months experience working on content operations like indexing, curating, ingesting, updating, editing, and enriching datasets.
• Should have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).
• It would be great if you also had . . . Knowledge of the Intellectual Property (IP) industry, products, and services.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment

What will you be doing in this role?

Responsible for processing Trademark data information to prepare for input into CompuMark’s Trademark databases that are used directly by customers as well as internal personnel for creating Trademark research reports for customers. Validate and enrich Trademark records by indexing the Trademark images of Trademark records. Deliver high quality Trademark records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure, and timeliness of Trademark record updates. Successfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and information which may include Trademark Fundamentals, Introduction to Products, Overview of the Customers, Device indexing training, Introduction to Device Indexing applications such as IRIS and other production systems, and other specialized database/process training.

Device Indexing is a dynamic team in a rapidly changing industry. The team consists of 9 people and is reporting to the Team Manager. The team is experienced in Indexing, curating, ingesting, updating, editing and enriching Trademark records for input into CompuMark databases.

Mode of work – Hybrid 3 days/week (Mon to Fri) Location - Noida
