Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Experience with sales/channel strategy, pricing or PMO is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Consultant - Strategy & Execution to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement, and devising strategic initiatives to optimize performance for our clients.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy development and execution support (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client businesses - including market sizing, sales channel options, pricing structures, SKU and packaging strategies.
  • Design and recommend actionable strategies for growth, market expansion, and profitability improvement.
  • Support development of execution roadmaps and P&L forecasts for proposed strategies.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure alignment and drive execution on the ground.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
  • Review client business and operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
  • Propose and help implement workflow improvements and SOPs to support strategic objectives.
Project Management Office (PMO) Support:
  • Track project action items, timelines, and KPIs with client teams.
  • Facilitate meetings, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability toward project goals.
Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.
  • Present insights and solutions to client stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Internal Initiatives:
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge assets, industry reports, and proposals.
  • Support business development efforts and improve internal consulting frameworks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation projects or working for startups in CEO's Office / Founder's Office roles.
  • Experience or exposure to areas such as sales & channel strategy, pricing, SKU optimization, or PMO is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to simplify complex ideas.
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or PMO concepts is advantageous (not mandatory).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
