Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP PMO & MIS professional to join the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team in Mumbai. The Associate Consultant will ensure project visibility, timely reporting, risk tracking, and governance support across SAP programs and projects.

Responsibilities include dashboards, governance meetings, risk tracking, cross‑functional data collection, weekly/monthly reports, and schedule/budget monitoring, aligned with Bristlecone PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP PMO, MIS, or project governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle and delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Activate) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project dashboards, status reports, and MIS metrics for SAP initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, capture decisions, and circulate minutes to stakeholders.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc performance reports to senior leadership.
• Support Project Managers in schedule, scope, and budget monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with Bristlecone’s PMO standards and SAP delivery methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder communication plans and maintain a central repository of project documentation.
• Analyze project performance trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in resource planning and capacity tracking for SAP delivery teams.
