Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Consultant Inclusion to support the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team from Pune, India. The role coordinates, administers and executes a variety of DEI programs across regions to advance the company’s DEI strategy.
The position offers full-time hours with flexible working time to support the global team, including shifts for EMEA and US regions. Collaboration with Philippines, India, UK and the US teams is expected.

The Associate Consultant Inclusion role will support the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team with the coordination, administration and execution of a variety of projects, initiatives and programs across all three regions to help execute the company’s DE&I strategy and objectives. The location for this role will be in Pune, India, on full-time hours but with the flexibility of working hours to best support the global team (including some EMEA shifts). The team members that this role will support are based in the Philippines, India, UK and the US.
