WSP is seeking an Associate Consultant - GIS to lead geospatial delivery across infrastructure, environment, and land projects. You will guide methods, translate complex spatial data into actionable advice, and help teams unlock value from spatial information.
You will work with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and FME to deliver high-quality solutions, support governance, and drive continuous improvement with dashboards and spatial analysis tools.
We are looking for an Associate Consultant - GIS to join our growing geospatial and location intelligence team. This is a senior technical and team leader role for someone who can lead GIS workstreams, guide the selection of methods and approaches, and help colleagues and clients unlock the value of spatial data across infrastructure, environment, energy, transport, planning and land-related projects.
You will help shape and deliver high-quality spatial solutions using platforms such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, web GIS, mobile data capture, dashboards, FME and spatial analysis tools. You will bring a strong understanding of spatial data, client needs and digital delivery, with the confidence to translate complex technical information into clear advice, practical solutions and exceptional project outcomes.
FME experience would be highly valuable, particularly where it supports data integration, automation, quality assurance and repeatable workflows. We are most interested in people who can lead GIS delivery, develop robust spatial methods, inspire colleagues and team members to innovate, and apply the right tools to solve complex location-based challenges.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to provide trusted GIS advice, lead project delivery, support quality and governance, and help develop opportunities for new and repeat work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and internal resources to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. This position is based in India and involves working closely with both local and global teams.
