Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is hiring an Associate Consultant - EPM to support Oracle ERP implementation, customization, and optimization. You will work with business and technical teams to configure Oracle applications, troubleshoot issues, and drive data migrations and automation initiatives.

We seek candidates with a strong foundation in computer science or IT, solid analytical skills, and exposure to SQL, Excel, and programming concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2025-2026 Batch preferred.
• Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST), WSDL, XML, Python and XSLT is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
