Job summary

Aligned Automation is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to bridge AI, technology, and business. You will work with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions for complex enterprise challenges.

You should be a technically capable problem solver with leadership potential, passionate about AI, data, and automation. This role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, data models and system integrations.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and derive data-driven insights.
• Ability to read, understand, and modify Python code.
• Experience with AI/ML fundamentals and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Perform data analysis and exploratory analysis to derive insights and validate solution hypotheses.
• Build prototypes, workflows, automations, and proof-of-concepts using AI and modern technology platforms.
• Write, modify, and test Python scripts, queries, prompts, or automation logic as required.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solution approaches, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.

AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for technically capable problem solvers with leadership potential who are passionate about AI, technology, data, and solving real-world business challenges.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. You will work at the intersection of AI, technology, and business, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  
• Perform data analysis and exploratory analysis to derive insights and validate solution hypotheses.
  
• Build prototypes, workflows, automations, and proof-of-concepts using AI and modern technology platforms.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
  
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and interpret data-driven insights.
  
• Ability to read, understand, and modify Python code.
  
• Understanding of application architecture and technical workflows.
  

AI & Machine Learning

• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
  
• Working knowledge of RAG, Semantic Search, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
  
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
  
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, automations, AI applications, agents, copilots, or technology solutions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in technology consulting, analytics, software engineering, AI, data, product, or related technology roles.
  
• Experience working with Data Science, Data Engineering, ML, or Software Engineering teams.
  
• Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and leadership potential.
