Responsibilities

• Work with Sales & Relationship Management on questions related to proposals, fee structures, and options within the billing system.
• Assist Sales by submitting client requests via ServiceNow tickets and Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor and process daily workflow ServiceNow tickets promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various business units and clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Review and resolve all client queries and billing exception requests.
• Research and resolve credit requests with appropriate approvals as needed.
• Assist with special projects such as data cleanup, system changes, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain internal procedure documentation.

Job Description

ICE Data Services is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Associate, Commercial Operations, to join a fast-paced Global Commercial Operations Team. The Commercial Operations team is an integral part of the client onboarding process in the ICE Data Services operational workflow, which contributes significantly to the overall success of the business.

In this role, the Commercial Operations Associate will be responsible for the set-up, management, and support of the billing configurations in Salesforce CRM for all services currently offered by ICE Data Services globally. This position will liaise with Sales, Relationship Management, Finance, Legal, Corporate Systems, and the Client Onboarding team to ensure clients’ billing and commercial setup align with contract and service configuration.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and translate information from client contracts and set up billing according to Salesforce CRM for all services.
• Perform invoicing quality review and check preliminary invoices for accuracy.
• Work with the Sales & Relationship Management teams on questions related to proposals, fee structures, and options within the billing system.
• Assist Sales by submitting client requests, both trials and implementations via Service now tickets and Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor and process daily workflow Service now tickets promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various business units, colleagues, and clients to resolve billing inquiries and/or discrepancies.
• Review and resolve all client queries and billing exception request.
• Research and resolve credit requests with appropriate approvals as needed.
• Assist with special projects, that include but are not limited to data cleanup, changes in systems and enhancements.
• Create and maintain internal procedure documentation.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in contract review/billing processes, client service.
• PC skills – Good knowledge in Salesforce CRM, Service now and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Outlook a plus
• Tremendous interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Solid customer service skills including excellent business judgment skills
