Job summary

Mettler-Toledo is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Cash Collections professional for its Mumbai shared services center. You will contact customers via calls and emails to resolve outstanding invoices and ensure timely cash inflows.

The role requires 2-4 years in international customer service, SAP knowledge preferred, and excellent English communication. Shift timings are 5:30pm-2:30am, with broad learning and growth opportunities within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 2-4 years of experience in international customer service, preferably cash collections.
• SAP knowledge will be preferred.
• Excellent telephonic skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Resolve outstanding invoices in accounts receivable by contacting customers via calls and emails.
• Control overdue ageing and ensure smooth cash inflow within payment terms.
• Send reminders to customers to avoid delays and meet SLAs.
• Communicate with Business Unit personnel to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined SLAs and productivity benchmarks.

• Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customer through Calls/ Emails from shared services center in India.
• Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices.
• Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms.
• Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
• Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
• Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLAs.

Shift Timings: 5:30pm-2:30am

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications Graduate from a recognized university

Technical Skills

• 2-4 years experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
• SAP knowledge will be preferred.
• Telephonic skills should be excellent.

Soft Skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
