Job summary

Carrerlift is seeking an MBA-qualified professional to drive category performance and growth initiatives across MakeMyTrip's travel offerings. You will own demand generation strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and develop data-driven recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product positioning.

You will collaborate with product, technology, and finance teams to execute category initiatives and prepare analyses and business cases using advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications

• MBA qualification from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in category management, marketing, or strategy roles.
• Proven track record in generating demand and optimizing customer journey funnels.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and financial modeling.
• Competence in MS PowerPoint for creating compelling business presentations.
• Stakeholder management experience and comfort working in a matrix environment.
