Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies in Navi Mumbai seeks a Business Analyst to gather business requirements, prepare BRD/FRD and user stories, and ensure quality through functional and end-to-end testing. You will coordinate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and craft documentation for form-based workflows and digital banking journeys.

Applicants should have hands-on BA and manual testing experience, knowledge of SDLC/STLC, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence; API testing with Postman is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking domain processes and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on Business Analysis and Manual Testing experience.
• Proficiency in creating BRD/FRD and user stories.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC practices.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and development teams.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
• Create and execute test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT support.
