Job summary

QualityKiosk in Navi Mumbai invites an Associate Business Analyst to join our Banking & FS practice. You will gather business requirements, prepare BRD/FRD, and support testing across the DAP journey as part of end-to-end delivery.

Key focus areas include translating requirements into functional specs, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating APIs. The role demands strong domain knowledge, BA experience, and familiarity with SDLC/STLC, Jira/Confluence, and agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of banking domain processes.
• Experience in business analysis and manual testing.
• Experience in gathering requirements and documenting.
• Familiar with SDLC and STLC.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• API testing experience with Postman preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to Digital Banking or form-based workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of DAP journeys and Agile methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, users, and dev teams.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
• Create and execute test cases; perform functional and regression testing.
• Support SIT and UAT; log and close defects.
• Validate APIs and backend data where applicable.
• Participate in walkthroughs and defect triage meetings.
