Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Ltd is seeking English Language Educators, Trainers and Teachers to develop and refine assessment content and items. You will work with psychometricians, instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with educational standards and measurement principles.

Ideal candidates have a strong English background, 3-4 years of relevant experience, and excellent writing, communication, and teamwork skills for content development and training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong English written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of educational standards, curriculum alignment, and assessment frameworks
• Experience in test development, educational measurement, or applied statistics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine test items and assessment content.
• Assemble test forms following defined specifications and measurement principles.
• Review test forms, pretests, and CAT item pools.
• Support item revision by interpreting basic item performance data.
• Follow assessment standards, quality requirements, and ethical guidelines throughout the test development process.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams to support assessment development activities.
• Assist with teacher training activities and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work with internal teams (psychometricians, instructional designers, editors, AI engineers) and subject matter experts to develop and evaluate assessment content.
• Participate in constructed response scoring activities in collaboration with faculty consultants and external scorers, as needed
