Job summary

Navsan seeks a seasoned SAP Cloud for Customer consultant to design and implement Customer and Opportunity Management in C4C, and to act as CRM expert on C4C–S/4HANA integration projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and IT to translate requirements into functional solutions, ensuring data integrity and successful delivery across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP CRM, focusing on SAP C4C / C/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Customer and Opportunity Management in C4C.
• Solid understanding of SAP SD processes and CRM interaction.
• Experience with C4C to S/4HANA Public Cloud integration, including CPI/iFlow.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Cloud for Customer solutions including Customer and Opportunity Management.
• Act as CRM domain expert in C4C–S/4HANA integration projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and IT to gather requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end integration integrity for master data and transactions.
• Provide support during UAT, training, and post-go-live stages.
• Create functional specifications for extensions, reports, and integrations.
• Stay current on SAP CRM and cloud innovations to support transformation.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.


• 5+ years of experience with SAP CRM, with a focus on SAP C4C / C/4HANA Public Cloud.


• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Customer and Opportunity Management in C4C.


• Solid understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes and how they interact with CRM functionality.


• Demonstrated experience with C4C to S/4HANA Public Cloud integration,including middleware/ iFlow setup (SAP Cloud Integration / CPI).


• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard project delivery.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in SAP Cloud for Customer or SAP Sales Cloud.


• Experience with Fiori apps and extensibility in SAP Public Cloud environments.


• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integration/extensions.


• Exposure to Agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, including Customer Management and Opportunity Management functionalities.


• Act as the CRM domain expert in integration projects between SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and S/4HANA Public Cloud.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT) to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.


• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity and consistency in C4C and S/4HANA integration, particularly around master data (customer, contact) and transactional data (quotes, orders).


• Provide support during UAT, training, and post-go-live stages.


• Create functional specifications for extensions, reports, and integrations as needed.


• Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices for C/4HANA and Public Cloud environments.


• Stay current on SAP CRM and cloud innovations to support business transformation.
