Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an Infrastructure PMO leader to govern planning, scheduling, risk, and budget across complex infrastructure programs. You will oversee delivery, governance frameworks, and performance dashboards while coordinating with vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate brings 8–15 years in PMO for infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of enabling cloud migrations and security programs.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership and governance in complex infra programs.
• Experience with cloud, data centers, and security programs preferred.
• Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/Scrum are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project governance across infrastructure programs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate project activities among technical teams, vendors, and customers.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and financial performance.
• Conduct weekly project reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
• Produce executive dashboards, KPI reports, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
• Support cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, workplace transformations, and security programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and escalation management.
• Maintain project documentation and audit readiness.
