Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Consulting, Feasibility, Market Research, or Development Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Feasibility Studies, HBU Analysis, Market Assessment, Demand Analysis, Development Appraisal, and Investment Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and development appraisals.
• Perform Highest & Best Use (HBU), demand-supply analysis, pricing studies, and market research.
• Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis).
• Evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Support client engagements, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
• Track industry, regulatory, and policy developments impacting real estate markets.

• Advanced skills in Financial Modelling, DCF, IRR, Cash Flow Analysis, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills. Qualifications

Bachelors degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage.
