Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC in Gurugram, India, is seeking a training-focused professional to lead coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement initiatives across teams. You will design and deliver procedures, tools, and strategies, run retrospectives and stand-ups, and monitor progress to overcome blockers.

You will help develop and maintain process standards, identify training needs, and provide effective training to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fidelity Information Services products, services and business operations to resolve inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer navigation and operation skills.
• Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
