Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Associate Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the counselor meets and interacts with prospective students and families, understands their academic background and career interests, and provides personalized guidance on suitable courses, institutions, and study options. The role involves explaining admission requirements, application procedures, timelines, and documentation, as well as following up with candidates to ensure applications are completed accurately and on time. The counselor maintains detailed records of counseling sessions, prepares basic reports, and coordinates with senior counselors and educational partners as needed. Daily activities also include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, responding to emails, participating in student outreach events, and contributing to a professional and supportive counseling environment.
