Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience and invoice processing.
  • Proficient in Zoho, MS Office; strong data entry and accuracy.

Role:

An Associate - Accounts Receivable prepares accounts receivable transactions and processes customer payments. They also create invoices according to company practices and submit them for approval by management or the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Preparation of workings for Revenue recognition of Goods & Services as per Ind AS.
  • Experience of handling export transactions.
  • Preparation & submission of EDPMS data to bank.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • 3+ Years of experience in the domain of accounting.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands‑on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Zoho)
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity and finance tools.
