Teachmint is seeking an Associate - Accounts Receivable to handle AR transactions and customer payments, including invoicing and approvals. The role requires 3+ years of AR experience and strong accuracy, with proficiency in Zoho and MS Office.

Responsibilities include reconciling AR ledgers, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting revenue recognition and export transactions as needed. A finance degree and CA Inter+ are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; CA Inter+ is preferred.
• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Zoho, MS Office; strong data entry and accuracy.

Role:

An Associate - Accounts Receivable prepares accounts receivable transactions and processes customer payments. They also create invoices according to company practices and submit them for approval by management or the client.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
• Preparation of workings for Revenue recognition of Goods & Services as per Ind AS.
• Experience of handling export transactions.
• Preparation & submission of EDPMS data to bank.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• 3+ Years of experience in the domain of accounting.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands‑on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Zoho)
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity and finance tools.
