Job summary

RSM US LLP in India seeks an Associate Engineer to support SailPoint ISC deployment, configuration, and integration efforts across enterprise apps. You will assist with identity attributes, role modeling, workflows, and provisioning rules in a hands-on IAM environment.

• Basic understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Exposure to SailPoint ISC IGA platforms.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise application integrations.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of RBAC concepts and access governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating enterprise applications with SailPoint ISC using standard connectors, APIs, or file-based integrations.
• Support configuration of identity attributes, identity profiles, and lifecycle states.
• Assist in role and entitlement modeling, including role assignments and access policies.
• Support configuration of SailPoint workflows, approval flows, and provisioning rules.
• Perform application aggregation/correlation configuration, and entitlement analysis.
• Support configuration of access certification campaigns.
• Participate in testing activities (SIT/UAT) and validate provisioning and deprovisioning scenarios.
• Assist in troubleshooting integration or provisioning issues during implementation.
• Support documentation of design, configuration, and implementation steps.
• Collaborate with functional teams, application owners, and IAM architects.

Associate Engineer – SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support the implementation and configuration of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
