Job summary

EY in India is seeking a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud engineer to design, build, and support IAM integrations, workflows, and onboarding for complex enterprise environments. You will implement provisioning, attribute mapping, and connector configurations across SaaS, HR, Azure AD, AD, and custom apps, collaborating with business, IT, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 10+ years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud development.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ISC components: Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Access Request, Certifications, Policies, Password Management and JML.
• Build and support platform integrations, provisioning workflows, connectors, data mapping, and error handling across systems.
• Drive onboarding of apps with provisioning integration, entitlement aggregation, and attribute mapping.
• Configure ISC workflows, transformations, rules, webhooks, SCIM and REST API integrations.
• Develop scalable managed services templates and playbooks, and handover material.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align migration and onboarding priorities.
• Conduct workshops, technical coaching, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure ISC components: Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Access Request, Certifications, Policies, Password Management and JML processes.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting platform integrations, including provisioning workflows, connector configuration, data mapping, and error handling across systems.
• Drive rapid application onboarding, including provisioning integration, entitlement aggregation, attribute mapping, and connector configuration (SaaS, HR, Azure AD, AD, custom apps).
• Configure ISC workflows, transformations, rules, webhooks, SCIM and REST API-based integrations.
• Contribute to establishing a scalable managed services and operational support model, including templates, standards, and playbooks.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders (business, IT, security, governance) to align migration and onboarding priorities.
• Conduct workshops, technical coaching, and knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams.
• Prepare architectural design documents, onboarding catalogues, configuration records, and operational handover material.

Skills

• 3-10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 2 years minimum of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud core development (workflow rule or equivalent)
• 1+ years of strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
• Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with IAM tools such as IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud
• Certifications SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer, or other IAM product-specific credentials.
• Experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and various applications.
