Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced IAM professional with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud expertise to design, implement, and operate identity and access management solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The role focuses on building scalable integrations, configuring workflows, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align migration and onboarding priorities. Strong Java/REST proficiency and knowledge of RBAC are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud core development (workflow or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience designing and supporting platform integrations, including provisioning workflows and data mapping.
• Drive rapid application onboarding with provisioning integration and connector configuration (SaaS, HR, Azure AD, AD).
• Configure ISC workflows, transformations, rules, webhooks, SCIM and REST API-based integrations.
• Contribute to scalable managed services and operational playbooks.

Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud JD :

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure ISC components: Identity Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Access Request, Certifications, Policies, Password Management and JML processes.
• Hands‑on experience designing, building, and supporting platform integrations, including provisioning workflows, connector configuration, data mapping, and error handling across systems.
• Drive rapid application onboarding, including provisioning integration, entitlement aggregation, attribute mapping, and connector configuration (SaaS, HR, Azure AD, AD, custom apps).
• Configure ISC workflows, transformations, rules, webhooks, SCIM and REST API-based integrations.
• Contribute to establishing a scalable managed services and operational support model, including templates, standards, and playbooks.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders (business, IT, security, governance) to align migration and onboarding priorities.
• Conduct workshops, technical coaching, and knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams.
• Prepare architectural design documents, onboarding catalogues, configuration records, and operational handover material.

Skills

• 3–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 2 years minimum of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud core development (workflow rule or equivalent)
• 1+ years of strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
• Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with IAM tools such as IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud
• Certifications SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer, or other IAM product-specific credentials.
• Experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and various applications.
