Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited in Thane is seeking Associate – Project Management (0-2 years) to support coordination, tracking, and execution of pharmaceutical development projects for Global Markets. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

The role offers exposure to R&D and plant coordination, project planning, procurement readiness, and documentation. A fresh M. Pharm graduate is welcome and will grow into broader PM roles.

Qualifications

• M. Pharm is required or relevant experience.
• Experience 0-2 years in pharma project management is preferred.
• Freshers may apply with strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables for Global Markets.
• Coordinate with Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, QA, SCM, Packaging and Production teams.
• Assist in tracking batches for stability studies submission timelines and development activities.
• Update project management platforms and internal trackers (e.g., Parivartan/MSP).
• Prepare project status reports, agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
• Follow up with cross-functional teams for timely completion of activities.
• Support dossier readiness and submission coordination for Ex-US markets (Emerging and Regulated markets).
• Identify project delays and elevate concerns to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records.
• Budget preparation & reconciliation for submission activities

The candidate will assist in coordination, tracking, and execution of pharmaceutical development projects for Global markets.
