Job summary

Sarvaank Associates in Delhi is seeking a qualified corporate lawyer to support private equity, venture capital and M&A matters. You will draft and negotiate investment documents, conduct due diligence, handle regulatory compliance, and advise on FEMA, SEBI, and the Companies Act.

You will also handle ESOPs, cap tables, and startup advisory, with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills essential for client interactions and independent matter management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior law firm experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A or commercial transactions is mandatory.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
• Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
