Job summary

Right Advisors Private Limited seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to lead end-to-end legal support for VC and PE investments. You will draft, review, negotiate SSA, SHA, SPA, and Term Sheets, conduct due diligence, and advise on investor rights and governance.

Candidates should hold LL.B. with 5+ years in VC/PE or corporate law, strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory knowledge (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI), coordinating with founders and external counsels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VC, PE, investment funds, or corporate legal roles.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating SSA, SHA, SPA, and Term Sheets.
• Proven experience in legal due diligence and transaction advisory.
• Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI (AIF) Regulations, employment laws, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with founders, external counsels, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders throughout transaction life cycles.
