Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) BPS in Mumbai (Powai) is hiring for International Voice - Banking AML/KYC. The role covers handling KYC remediation campaigns, regulatory compliance, and customer queries across Retail and Corporate segments.

Early morning shifts from 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM are part of the schedule. Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year in banking processes like KYC remediation and be willing to work in all shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in inbound/outbound banking processes like KYC remediation, onboarding, or periodic reviews.
• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to KYC remediation campaigns.
• Adhere to AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow customer authentication procedures before discussing account information.
• Assist retail, small business, corporate customers with KYC-related queries.
• Explain regulatory requirements and documentation needs clearly.
• Guide customers through the KYC remediation process and required actions.
• Proactively follow up with customers to obtain outstanding KYC information.
• Resolve customer concerns at first point of contact where possible.
• Maintain high standard of customer service during difficult conversations.
• Meet required criteria for call quality standards.
• Maintain customer relations with high degree of internal and external service.
• Possess problem solving skills to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters and company rules.
• Record and update customer information in internal systems.
• Resolve queries at first point of contact.

Knowledge and Experience

• Previous experience, 6 months to 1 years of experience in an inbound/ Outbound in banking process like KYC remediation, outreach, onboarding, or periodic review programs.
• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking customers
