Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
• Create and customize Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows and catalog items to support business processes.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance the user experience of Service Portals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Optimize the performance of Service Portals and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other business units, to understand and fulfill their Service Portal needs.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Portal.
