Job summary

Apex Group in Bengaluru, India seeks a Financial reporting specialist for a full-time role. You will receive data to prepare financial statements and review them accordingly, coordinating with onshore teams and auditors.

As a leader, you’ll train the team, define timelines, and ensure high-quality outputs within deadlines, while coupling strong accounting knowledge with MS Excel/Word proficiency.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance) required.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Experience in Hedge Funds and IFRS/US GAAP preferred.

As a Financial reporting specialist, you will receive the required data to prepare financial statements. You will also prepare and review the financial statements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team and deadline and be effective in a production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy
• Train the team to ensure quality services to clients
• Define the timeline of financial statements onshore
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director.

To apply for this Financial Analyst role, you will need a professional qualification, CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specializing in accounting. You will also require the following:

• 3+ Minimum years of experience in Financial Reporting
• Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds
• Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Adaptability in MS Excel and MS Word.
