Job summary

Aptos is seeking an Assoc. HR Specialist to join the Bangalore office. You will support experienced and campus recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and HR documentation. You will maintain employee records in Workday and collaborate with HRBPs and Payroll to ensure smooth HR operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Operations or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) preferred.
