Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai invites applications for a senior role in corporate finance. You will lead a regional team of product managers and industry specialists, originate business across product lines, and handle complex financial structures with market pricing decisions.

You will develop strong client relationships alongside the corporate banking division, deliver proactive client solutions, and ensure top-quality deal documentation and execution.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in Infrastructure, core sectors, and startup ecosystem.
• Experience in M&A and private equity.

Job Summary :

Part of a team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, and Corporate Finance Advisory for Private and Government agencies involving project appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital and operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, arrangement and syndication of funds, and valuation and acquisition advisory, from origination to closure of the transaction.

Job Responsibilities :
