The Corporate Institute is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its Project Advisory & Structured Finance Group in New Delhi / Mumbai. The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or large lenders, with MBA Finance or CA credentials.

You will lead a regional corporate finance team, originate business, manage complex deals, and build client relationships across product lines. Strong financial modeling and M&A/PE exposure are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of financial modeling and strong presentation & communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in Infrastructure, Core sectors and startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience exposure in M&A and private equity will be advantageous.

Experience: 8 – 10 years Relevant experience in a Financial Institution / Large Lenders / Financial Advisors.

Domain Knowledge Competencies:

Part of team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory for Private and Government agencies involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory, from origination to closure of the transaction.

Job Responsibility:
