In this role, the candidate will lead a team of F&A resources supporting a global client. This is a specialized functional lead position overseeing approximately 100 F&A professionals across R2R, I2C, and P2P, spanning multiple delivery locations.

Responsibilities

• Deep domain knowledge in all sub service lines (R2R, I2C, P2P). Insurance experience & knowledge will be an added advantage
• Delivering value through transformation initiatives, ensuring zero surprise operations, and growing business with the client
• Deliver tech and data analytics-enabled operations on transaction/outcome commercials
• Adhere to client & contract requirements, manage client relationships independently up to CXO levels
• Work with the client organization to ensure delivery of common objectives

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Lead the complete scope of outsourced F&A operations to ensure high customer satisfaction for functional and CXO stakeholders
• Collaborate globally with other business and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
• Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and transformation
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, Transitions, etc.
• Implement mechanisms to identify, understand, and address performance gaps or breakthroughs; develop and execute improvement plans
• Participate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization
• Manage end-to-end client service delivery and P&L
• Experience managing F&A operations with large teams and comprehensive service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance domain experience or knowledge
• R2R and P2P experience
• Experience with procurement operations, accounts payable, and reconciliation
• Governance experience managing client relationships and exploring new opportunities
• Good understanding of transformation initiatives
