About This Role

Are you a seasoned transformation leader with deep expertise in Finance & Accounting processes? We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Vice President to spearhead our Global Process Optimization (GPO) initiatives, delivering breakthrough improvements in productivity, automation, and operational excellence for key enterprise clients.

In this strategic role, you'll architect and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps that revolutionize how our clients manage their end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes across all three core towers: Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR). You'll leverage cutting-edge technologies including RPA, AI/ML, and advanced analytics to drive measurable business value while leading high-performing global teams.

What You'll Accomplish

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

• Lead Digital Innovation: Design and execute GPO strategies that solve complex business challenges through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process re-engineering, and automation technologies
• Drive Measurable Results: Deliver committed productivity improvements, reduce operational inefficiencies, and optimize client performance metrics
• Champion Global Standards: Implement and drive adoption of standardized processes across multiple geographies and business units

Technology & Automation Excellence

• RPA Program Leadership: Deploy and scale Robotic Process Automation solutions using platforms like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and similar technologies
• AI/ML Implementation: Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools to enhance process performance and deliver advanced analytics capabilities
• System Integration: Work with enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, Tririga, BlackLine, ServiceNow, and other critical F&A technologies

Client Partnership & Delivery

• Account Management: Build and maintain strategic client relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for transformation initiatives
• Project Excellence: Manage complex, multi-workstream programs with tight deadlines while ensuring quality deliverables
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including training programs and knowledge transfer activities

What You Bring

• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive experience across all three F&A towers - Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) processes, with deep understanding of end-to-end financial operations
• Multi-Tower Leadership: Proven track record leading transformation initiatives across OTC (customer invoicing, collections, credit management), PTP (procurement, vendor management, accounts payable), and RTR (general ledger, financial reporting, closing processes)
• Technology Leadership: Proven track record deploying and managing enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion, Tririga, BlackLine, ServiceNow) with hands-on experience in technology implementations across all F&A domains
• Automation Mastery: Extensive experience leading RPA programs and deploying automation solutions across multiple platforms and business processes spanning OTC, PTP, and RTR operations
• Transformation Leadership: Successfully led large-scale transformation programs with demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies across comprehensive F&A landscapes

Leadership & Management Skills

• People Leadership: Exceptional ability to coach, mentor, and influence diverse teams across multiple stakeholders and geographies
• Project Management: Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex programs under dynamic conditions and tight deadlines
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives and drive consensus across stakeholders
• Client Management: Proven track record managing senior client relationships and delivering on strategic transformation commitments

Technical & Analytical Capabilities

• Process Improvement: Expert-level knowledge of process optimization techniques, root cause analysis, and system improvement methodologies
• Metrics & KPIs: Experience defining SLAs/KPIs and linking operational metrics to business outcomes
• Analytics & Reporting: Strong background in creating visualization dashboards and implementing performance measurement systems
• AI/ML Knowledge: Experience deploying Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in operational environments
