EXL is seeking an Assistant Vice President Data Science, Insurance Analytics in Gurugram/Delhi NCR to lead analytics engagements for insurance clients, especially life insurance, and drive growth and quality across delivery teams.

As Assistant Vice President Data Science, Insurance Analytics, you will own the delivery and expansion of analytics engagements for insurance clients, with particular relevance to life insurance. You will connect business priorities with data science, machine learning, data engineering, visualization, reporting, and automation solutions that improve decisions, efficiency, risk management, and client value. The role combines senior client leadership, domain expertise, technical direction, delivery governance, and team management. You will work with stakeholders across client and EXL teams, identify growth opportunities, diagnose process inefficiencies, and ensure solutions move from concept to dependable implementation. You will lead distributed and dual-shore teams, manage offshore talent development, and maintain accountability for quality, timelines, issue resolution, and measurable outcomes.
