Job summary

Unilight Insurance Brokers Private Limited is seeking a General Manager/Senior Manager/AVP for Corporate Sales, Business Development & Client Acquisition. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and lead client acquisition for key corporate accounts.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams, and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products across Group Health, Property, Liability, Marine, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7-9 years in corporate insurance sales, preferably in an insurance broking environment.
• Excellent strategic sales planning and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
