Deutsche Bank in Bengaluru is seeking an AI Python Full Stack Engineer at AVP level to work in the Technology Research and Development team. You will prototype rapidly using Python, NodeJS, and ReactJS, collaborating across teams to deliver production-grade software and maintain an automated CD pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have strong Python, ML/NLP, and GenAI experience, with exposure to OpenAI standards and APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python is a must.
• Experience building APIs per OpenAI standards is desirable.
• Experience using ML/NL P techniques and GenAI to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prototype rapidly using Python/NodeJS/ReactJS to address problems.

Role Description

This role is for the Technology Research and Development team whose main goal is to work on important, tricky and yet unsolved challenges in Banking technology. As an engineer you are responsible for digging into complex banking processes, technologies and help solve with designing, developing significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. You are pretty much working on an individual basis and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with diverse teams across the organization (patience is key)
• Fast prototyping using Python/NodeJS/ReactJS or any programming language required for the problem
• Collaborating with others to understand requirements, write clean code and refactor constantly.
• Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production.
• Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when needed.
• Help the team build, test and release software within short lead times and with minimum waste.
• Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.

Skills and Experience

• ML and using GenAI to solve problems.
• Good experience in Python (must), NodeJS, ReactJS.
• Java Agentic Framework experience is an added advantage.
• Experience using LLMs, ML algorithms of NLP, random-forest or other algorithms.
• Experience building APIs as per OpenAI standard.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD, SRE principals and must have experience in production delivery.
