About The Role

This position will be responsible for managing the accounting function of international entities and daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. You will oversee a variety of accounting activities, including financial analysis, general ledger review, and assurance of regulatory filings. The role requires independent work, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across Accounting, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks with all financial systems in the GL team
• Dedicate work on all automation and AI projects in the GL team
• Oversee finance function of international entities, General Ledger, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Oversee Monthly Closure of books of accounts along with monthly financial reporting
• Ensure all statutory compliances for all entities
• Perform & report various financial and accounting analysis MIS
• Perform lease and commission reconciliation and its reporting
• Perform / Review account reconciliations and flux analysis
• Provide effective management & leadership to the team
• Maintain & develop inter‑departmental relationships

Qualifications

• Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience
• Hands‑on experience with financial systems including Oracle (EBS), Blackline, Alteryx, Kyriba, RPA/Bot platforms, and AI‑based tools
• Proven experience in financial systems administration, ensuring data integrity, system controls, and process optimization
• Successfully led and supported automation initiatives, driving process improvements, efficiency gains, and control enhancements
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Concur and Coupa is a strong plus
• Knowledge of US‑GAAP is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented and deadline‑driven environment
• Ability to handle a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
