Job summary

OutsourcingHubIndia (OHI) is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate – International Accounting to support global accounting operations. You will manage day-to-day accounting for international entities, prepare JEs, and ensure accurate financial reporting across geographies.

The role covers month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, with opportunities to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–4 years of accounting, financial reporting, or international accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Handle bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and management reports.

• Support AP & AR processes.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation.
